Icon Map - WKT Format

Hi guys, i have problem for showing 2 or more Polygon based on 1 Id. For example i have column like Asset Id and WKT Format. Asset Id have polygon like POLYGON ((xyz abc,tyu fwh)) and POLYGON ((qwe rty,ipo ogk)). I want to show it on Power BI. But icon map just can show first polygon.

ESG Data Model

I am not sure where to post this question but I hope that someone who can answer it finds it here.

We are working on a pilot for ESG reporting with 'Sustainability data solutions in Microsoft Fabric'. In the documentation about the ESG data model they state the following:

"The following resources can help you with data model exploration and understanding. You can get the data dictionary and PDF files in Sustainability data solutions in Microsoft Fabric (preview) and the sustainability data model template on Azure Synapse.

Data dictionary Excel file: Contains data definitions and examples for all the tables and columns to help you understand how you can use each table for your sustainability use cases.
Data model PDF files: These PDFs contain a subset of tables across each business area to help you understand how you can combine the tables to address your regulatory reporting needs across carbon emissions, water, waste, social, and governance areas.

However, I am not able to find the excel/PDF files with the documentation. Does someone know where to find these files?

Business central - How to change unit of measurement conversion rate under Item

I have my production BOM improved and vendors changed from time to time. All these changes will make the item unit of measurement conversion rate changed. How to change unit of measurement conversion rate under Item in Business central?

Right now the system seems preventing me to change the conversation rate.

Introduction:

Our idea for this competition was to provide an interactive chat-interface to the articles on mslearn. The mslearn database is a vast resource with information on many different Microsoft products and tools. It is navigable through tags and collections like modules and learning paths, but it can still be tricky to find just the article you need in a particular situation since they overlap on certain topics. We wanted to make it easier to filter through the modules in the mslearn library, and we wanted to extend the functionality from just finding and reading up on certain topics, to being able to automatically find all modules related to some topic, so that it's easier to compare the different tools, products and methods. We do this by creating an interactive chat-like experience where you explain your problem/situation to an AI and get recommendations based on the knowledge in mslearn. For example you could:

Post your resume to get suggestions of tools and products that you might be interested in
Describe a workflow and get suggestions for tools and products that might help you get the work done

We built our solution entirely with Python code on Fabric, where we also process and store our data. We utilize Azure OpenAI for vector embeddings and question answering. Finally we packeted it in a very simple streamlit app.

It is definitely a work in progress, but time is running out for submission 🙂

Availability of GPU?

Hey! I am trying to implement a Deep Learning use case in MS Fabric, it seems like there is no GPU available. Is there a way to get access to a GPU backend? The GPU training usually takes quite a few hours and right now I just have access to CPU and it is painfully slow

I get the following error:

Can't disable MLFlow

Hi, trying to use yolov8 model for object detection.

I can run the model locally without mlflow, but on synapse even without a defined mlflow experiment it still raises this error:

If I then import and either disable MLFlow, or set an experiment name fitting the criteria (e.g. go-away-mlflow), I still get the same error.

Seems to me that something about mlflow functionality is broken.

Disappointed with Dataflow Gen2

I have found that Dataflow Gen2 which uses Power Query doesn't work the same way that Power Query in Power BI and Microsoft Excel. It times out when previewing or refreshing if the query doesn't complete in 10 minutes. Query previews that don't take quite as long in Power BI seem to timeout pretty easily there.

Another issue I found is that Dataflow Gen2 that a column header title that has an added space character causes it to produce an error when publishing while it doesn't seem to mind it while previewing.

Needless to say. I am extremely disappointed in it and will have to a find another method to load the data into the lakehouse I created for the event.
