Unable to stop auto date/time load

Since the release of the project files preview, I am unable to unselect auto date/time from the options menu on new projects.  I can deselect the tick-box but the 'okay' button to confirm just greys out when clicked and the menu does not close.  Left with no choice to use cancel or X, so the change never applies.  This is for both the global settings and current file
