Currently having problems with refreshing our Datamart, the on-premises gateway shows as being online and the other SQL server data sources are connecting but not the Datamart.
The error I get when trying to refresh is as follows:

Data source error: Data access error

MSCompGateway2: Received error payload from gateway service with ID 16421: The mashup query execution timed out.
Can anyone advise on what the issue is? It will not even load my Datamart at the moment.
This had been running mostly happy for a couple of months.

Did you update your gateway version to the latest one ? If you add a new data source in gateway , can you connect to the data source normally ?

Community Support Team _ Ailsa TaoAnonymous This seems to have happened around the time I updated to the new gateway version. I have since tried with the most upto date version and with multiple older versions but nothings helped. I am able to add another data source without any issues. I have recorded a loom video which hopefully shows everything (not sure if these types of links are allowed here?)
