You have get the IP ranges of cloud microsoft (Download Azure IP Ranges and Service Tags – Public Cloud from Official Microsoft Download Center) to add this list to white list so that your Gateway Server communicate with cloud (your gateway server must have out to IP's). Choose your regions (view in the gateway software your region) and get the IP range to AzureCloud, AzureStorage, PowerBI, PowerPlatformInfra, PowerQueryOnline.
The problem is that the IP's are updated each week...
