Post Partisan I am having close to the same issue, I share a report using a pro user outside my own domain, the end user does get an email and can press the link AND see the data and whatnot, but if he goes back he cant see it in "Shared with me", is it really correct the end user has to go into their email to find the power bi link every single time? I also noticed the link as shown on this guys image.
I simply do not understand how the end user can have the dashboard on his own user which I have shared with him?
