What error message do you get? Have you successfully connected to this data source in the past?Please go to “File –> Options and Settings –> Data Source Settings”, under “Global permissions”, select any old Amazon Redshift data source connections and click on clear permission in Power BI Desktop, then connect to it and check if it is successful.
In addition, do you configure SSL for the Amazon Redshift? If so, ensure that the SSL protocol version is lower than TLS 1.2.
