record and replay actions

Hi,

Is there a way to record my actions and repeat them on similar object later? 

For example, I often need to add X-axis constant line to multiple charts. So, I could select a chart, start recording, add an X-axis constant line, set its settings, stop recording; then select another chart, click on magic button (or press a shortcut), and the X-axis constant line is created on this chart witht he same settings as on the 1st one.
