Hello,
As of today, all published reports that are using a custom R matrix visualization are no longer loading and display a Script Runtime Error instead. While this just started happening today, the visual itself has not been changed recently.
Error Message:

Hi Caitlyn,
Thanks for your response, the related thread looks similar but it does not resolve the issue for me. I believe the same issue is being reported by someone else earlier today as well: Issues when running a R Script - Microsoft Power BI Community
The R visualizations work fine in the desktop application but throw an error when viewed in the web service. No changes have been made to the report or the visual, and this behavior started on Friday.

Hi,
I think we are experiencing the same issue with our products!
It is the exact same scenario where all of our R visuals are suddenly generating a runtime error in Power BI service but render fine in Power BI desktop. I tried to render a simple histogram in Power BI service which also failed so it feels like the issue is to do with the service.
Thanks,
Felix

Hi Anonymous
I have the same issue as the one originally logged.
Could you reinvestigate the issue?
