Preview columns in Edit relationship not working

Hello All, When I review Edit relationship the data in the table isn't available. This is the version of Power BI Desktop I'm running.

Why would that fix the issue? Also, we use the MS app store because every month the latest update is downloaded automatically. If we download from the Download Center don't we have to then re-download Power BI Desktop every month there is an update?
