PowerBI.com issue when connecting to Azure Analysis Services
We are currently connecting Azure Analysis Services to powerbi desktop which is connecting to AzureSQL as its' relational DB model.
In PowerBI Desktop it asks us for Azure Analysis Services Client and we sign in using our AAD account (all is fine here).
However when publishing this powerbi Desktop report to powerbi.com - we are having an error when trying to connect to the Azure Tabular Cube model.
Can this issue be fixed please? And if the connector with Azure analysis services is not yet available what is the ETA for this please? We require this urgently.
Shall we use some sort of UPN for Azure Analysis Services too?

Did you use different accounts for your Azure and Power BI Service? For example, you use [email protected] to sign in to your Azure and use [email protected] to sign in to Power BI Service. In that case, you need to add user2@test.onmicrosoft.com as Azure Analysis Services admin in Azure portal as below.

Ok, we tried to login with with Azure AAD account which has permissions on the cube on the PowerBI Desktop, however, this is not letting us to do so.
What is happening is that the AAD account looks like signing in for a second and then goes back to sign in.

Are you using the May 2017 version of Power BI Desktop? Can you sign in to Power BI Service instead of Desktop with the AAD account which has permissions on the cube?
