Power BI Timeline issue in Browser

Hello,

 

Timeline (custom visual) works completely fine in Power BI desktop but the moment I publish it to server, it stops functioning. Data does not get filtered by changing months on Timeline on the browser (app.powerbi.com).

 

Things done so far:

1. Power BI desktop version updated

2. Custom Visual updated

3. Tested in Chrome and IE

 

Please suggest what needs to be done. round 200 end-users are facing this issue. Help me, it is very Business Critical.

    I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please refer to my recorded video below and let me know if there is any difference between our repro steps.

    If possible, you can also share your pbix file through online file service like OneDrive.

    I am doing the same steps as per your video. Let me clariy again, it is working completely fine in Power BI Desktop, but data does not change on changing values/months on Timeline.

     

    And this issues started only a couple of days back.

     

    Please suggest.

    Like Swapnil, I am also facing the same issue. 

    Timeline slicer works perfectly fine on Power BI desktop. But does not work on Chrome after publishing. 

    Please suggest.
