Error above from power bi desktop connect to dataflow gen2 Fabric.
previously connect with no problem.
not sure that 100% CU on fabric workspace could impact this error

This error is commonly triggered when a step makes a direct reference to a column name that doesn't exist in the query. Could you please check that no changes have been made to this dataflow?
