Thanks for your feedback.
Working with Power BI desktop, I've tried to refresh the PBIX inside Power BI Desktop and there was not any problem. I've also published it to the service and tried to use the Gateway again with no success.
Yes, I saw that there is a problem with the table AccountTransaction, and I guess as this table includes around 25M records it is quite heavy on the Gateway, but from my understanding it shouldn't be a problem.
