Pop up window won't cancel
I tried to load a data model into a PowerBI desktop, and the 'cannot load model' window pops up. I click report this issue, cancel, escape and the close button but it won't dissapper, never experienced this error before,I had to restart my system to resolve the issue.!! is this a bug??

I cannot reproduce the issue with the latest version of Power BI Desktop. To get faster and better technical support for this issue, you may also create a support ticket.
I was also facing the similar issue when refresh pop up window was not closing after data refresh and I was also not able to close or cancel it.
Sometime it happens due to bookmarks, please remove bookmarks and then try doing this again. This is solved for me.
