Resolver II
Resolver III have the same issue here. I have Pro account and have created a ticket for the same on 4th September 2020.
Microsoft Support had taken my system and checked the errors. They acknowledged that the issue is faced by many users.
Yesterday (23rd Sept 2020), Microsoft responded that they have resolved the issue. Same is now working on Power BI refresh
