New Card Visual SVG as image not working

Hi EHA_SD 

I looked at the card in the visual list and there is no setting for adding an image. Also, what is the version of Desktop you tested ?

Thank-you for your response. I am using desktop version 2.118.621.0 64-bit (June, 2023)

In the new card visual that is currently in preview, if you open the formatting pane --> visual tab --> Cards --> Image --> Browse --> Select SVG

SVG is listed as a valid file type but does not seem to work:

you can select an image to add to each series you have added for the new card visual

I also have this issue when using the new card visual. Any update on a fix?

Update EHA_SD & Migasuke  I have found that if I add an svg to the card visual I get the broken image icon. However if I save the pbix file with the broken image in place, close and reopen the report in then displays the svg image and I can adjust from there.

Still coming across this issue as of 29/10/2024.

A happy accident that seems to fix it.... close Power BI then reopen! I'm not sure why, but it seems to work.
