Hello , I created a data in the model which is Decimal number , but i like to present the data in the visualization table (BI service) without the decimal place - as a whole number in Pie chart...

Do you mean you want to format the decimals to whole number in the Power BI Service? I'm afraid you need to to it in the Power BI Desktop for now. If you want this feature, please create or vote up an idea here.
