Dear v-chuncz-msft, there is no information about my issue in Remark section of the formula related documentation. Sure I read it before.
Again: formula works. It stops working after re-opening, the same file, it also doesn’t stop working when any other user opens file.
This issue is rather dedicated to Power BI than to Excel, this is why it’s in this section.
