Fails to create or modifiy a Dataflow

Since last week I couldn't create or modifiy a dataflow,. 

The service show the "waiting windows".-

I tried to create a new workspace and also with my personal workspace and it's the same error.

I've debuged the browser windows and I've this error:

    v-chuncz-msft, I've clear my browser cache and also try with an incognito windows.-

    I can run an existing one dataflow, also I can see the entities inside of a dataflow, but I couldn't modify or create a new one.

    No Microsft answer :(, but at the end, nothing change in my side, but today I could create or modify a dataflow.-
