EXPORT FILTERED REPORT

Hi , I have tried many combinations of payload to export filtered report which were in documents . But could not get  filetered report neither get any error.

report table name :-  abc table_name  

column :-  column_id

value = 1234

Currently using these apis :- 
POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/reports/{reportId}/ExportTo
 GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/reports/{reportId}/exports/{exportId}

GET    https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/reports/{reportId}/exports/{exportId}/file

Please suggest correct payload and steps to  export filtered report.
