Andrzej - you are only getting this message on one computer??? Unfortunately, it is happening on both my surface laptop and my virtual machine. This is annoying especially since it is working in the Power BI Service. So my work around is to refresh in Power BI and then export the PBIX to C drive to edit in Power BI Desktop. I am luck that I can still download as I understand this can break.
