A similar issue has been reported two days ago, and fix has been deployed today.

Could you please try again to see if your issue can be fixed now?

    Best Regards,

I hit this issue. Report renders using PowerBI service. However, it fails in PowerBI Embedded.

  • Hi, v-haibl-msft, benmek and Vicky_Song.

Indeed, the error had more info a couple of days later and could ve solved. The error seems to be that a DATE formula had wrong data. Before the last update you could make calculations in dates, such as:

    DATE(YEAR(LASTDATE(Dates))-1,MONTH(LASTDATE(Dates)),DAY(LASTDATE(Dates)))

That -1 was really helpful to calculate periods from years before, but now it seems that you can't do that. Already sent a frown about that :/ .

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hello,

I have the same issue now. I'm useing no functions (all done in SQL) so I don't know why the report got broken on POWER BI Web.

it's all OK on "POWER BI Desktop"

    Thenks!
