I added a simple filter(report level) in the report, saved the report. checked the dashboard.
Then I delete the filter, save the report, check the dashboard which seems good.
But everytime when I refresh the dashboard, or go back to the report, the filter comes back!

Same issue has already been reported internally: CRI 30953359
The fix is expected to be implemented on 3/3/2017. Please check it later.

It seem that there is unexpected delay for the fix implementation. But I just verified the fix in the next version of app.powerbi.com.
