Date/time settings don't match operating system in December 2021 update

As of this morning, anything set with the aserteriks date/time format has started coming through as US format rather than UK. This hasn't been an issue until the December 2021 update. ...

Could not reproduce in my side as far as my test. When set the location as UK, the time works fine in Power BI Desktop.

In addition, what is your data source and 'aserteriks date/time format' represent in your report, looks like the column format could not be changed in Power BI.
