Dataset refresh error on Service

Hello, since yesterday dataset doesn't refresh on Service with the next error:

    Hi Anonymous 

    1. Can you refresh the report in Desktop ?

    2. What is your data source , file ? 

    3. Can your gateway work normally ?

    4. Have you made changes to your data source ?
