Anonymous, could the version of power bi service be a reason for the issue? I work with multiple tenants and one of them has the ability to set scheduled refreshes on datamarts and the other one does not.
Main differences between tenants
- Tenant that can set scheduled refreshes: premium capacity, Service version: 13.0.23358.52
- Tenant that cannot set scheduled refreshes: premium per user or embedded capacity, Service version: 13.0.23312.64
