Dashboard Tiles are not refreshing

Hello Microsoft Support,

 

I use DirectQuery and the dataset refresh every 15 minutes works fine. I pinned the report to a dashboard but the dashboard tiles do not refresh at all.  The web site claims that tiles refresh automatically every 15 minutes but I see no refresh for hours. I clicked on "Refresh dashboard tiles" and nothing happens either. Please help.

 

If I manually hit "Refresh" in the report, I see the report is updated but I would like automatic refresh on dashboard tiles.

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    Which data source did you get data from? I have tested with report get data via DirectQuery to SQL Server database, and pin a tile to a dashboard. The dashboard tile will be refreshed within 15 minutes automatically. 

     

    In your scenario, please try to update the on-premise data gateway to the same version as ours then test again.
