Dashboard Data not visible to Users When published

I updated the dashboard with the most recent data and published it to the web services without any issues. But part of the data in the dashboard is not visible to dashboard users. For example, some users are unable to view July and August data beyond the fifth day as shown in the snippet below, although I can see all of the data from my workstation. I would appreciate any ideas.
