Can't refresh in service

Hi - We are having problems not being able to refresh reports in the service. Our scheduled refreshes aren't working either. We are using Power BI Premium and are based in the UK.

The issue is NOT fixed. There is no failure details to be shared though.. .

Started manual refresh waiting since long...

Current Local time: 1:36 PM

Refresh started : 1:15 PM, 1:25 PM, ...
