Cannot open Notebooks and Data Pipeline

It is Wed 21 Feb 2024, I am struggling to open and create Data Pipeline or open and create Notebook in a Fabric Trial Capacity and our P1 Capacity. Is this a known issue?

Having the same issue. Changed Browsers and cleared Cookies still not working.
