Cannot contact Microsoft - Sales contacts keep disappearing!

I have now had 3 different contacts from Microsoft, and none of them have successfully followed up with me or even responded to emails. I am not sure if posting this on a Forum is the right way to go...

Were you able to find your answer on the pages above? I am also curious on what type of information you were looking for? You should be able to just buy Power BI directly without having to involve sales.
