There seems to be problem when "Publish to the Web" reports get scaled down to a small size. The grey logobar at the bottom starts to float-over-the-report / split-the-report. This behaviour seems to happen when the logobar changes to contain an elipses instead of having the standard controls in the bottom right corner. It may also have something to do with a vertical scrollbar appearing.

Browser: Chrome
Same behaviour in iexplorer if shrunk down enough...
