I'm experiencing an issue with the Azure Maps visual in Power BI Desktop when using a GeoJSON reference layer to display municipal boundaries.
The polygons are rendered correctly, but their fill colors appear significantly faded compared to the colors configured in the visual.
This happens with both static fill colors and conditional formatting rules.
Interestingly, when I select a polygon, all other polygons display their correct, fully saturated colors, while the selected polygon remains faded. When I clear the selection, all polygons become faded again.
The first image shows all the polygons with no selection active. The fill colors appear faded, as if approximately 50% transparency were being applied.
The second image shows what happens when a polygon is selected. All the other polygons display their correctly configured colors, while the selected polygon remains faded.
