Advocate Iv-haibl-msft, I was able to successfully refresh my files after downloading the file you provided. Do you have a 32 bit version as well (my colleague is experiencing the same issue, but does not have a 64 bit machine)?
Is this different than the file provided for download from the PowerBI Interface?
