404 When trying to publish

I am having the same issue. Cannot access app.powerbi.com, cannot connect to datasets hosted in the service, and trying to publish a report generates the same error as above. Working in the America region.

I also can not access app.powerbi.com. Working in Australia East region.

Same here https://app.powerbi.com/home not working IN NZ ... Unable to view/publish any dataset .. Please help ..... 

I am getting the same error. Can't access app.powerbi.com nor publish the reports. 

We have the same issue in Australia. 

I'm having the same issue.  Unable to view any content on Power BI services.  I'm also not able to publish any reports onto it.
