It would be nice if only certain members of a production workspace can publish a report. It should be only administrators or members with the edit privilege could do this, not ALL members. We're setting up three tier for a environment (dev, qa, prod). Members can publish to DEV, only certain power users can test in QA and the administrators can promote the report to production. This is how we have our Business Objects environment setup. All users should not have the ability to publish to a production workspace.

- We need to be able to secure App Workspaces based on group security. If we expect to use premium as an enterprise to share reports via sharepoint we don't want to key in over a 1000 users to enable it.

- Workspaces should have two environments. One for QA/Staging, and another for Production. Only the admin can promote dashboards/reports to Production. The data sets do not change in Production until the admin has promoted the dashboard/report.
- Create workspace so they have separate environments; QA/Stage & Prod. Only the workspace admin should have the ability to push reports/dashboards to prod. Data sets do not update in prod until the admin has promoted it.
- Create a workspace that has a QA/Staging environment. Then the admin can promote to production either the app or individual dashboards & reports. The data sets in prod should not update/refresh until the admin has promoted the modifications to production.
