A connector that can automatically pull data from the windows event log system using the xml formatting of events.
I would like to build a ETL Power BI dashboard to monitor SSIS daily runs. SQL Agent, SQL Server and the Windows machine they all run on would be a part of this dashboard. Therefore, logging from SSIS packages to the windows Event Log sounds like a feasible integrated solution.
