Visual indicator for Queries if Properties were manually added

Similar to the APPLIED STEPS section of the Query Settings pane in Power Query (right-hand pane) having an "i" indicator, there is an opportunity to do the same for the Queries pane (left-hand side). Right now unless you hover over every query there is no way of knowing if any comments were added.
