A user input field is required where you can input an x and y value and it refreshed Power BI and appears on the chart and also updates the Database/Excel Sheet it is connected to.

I see this request in a lot of forums. I'm extremely disappointed at Microsoft for not implementing such a solution on time. Tablue has this feature from very long ago. Just a simple user input that could be captured in a parameter and used further in queries, slicers ..., Time to wake up!!!
