Let the developers enable or disable tooltips with a button functionality on Apps/Dashboards/Reports. At times tooltips become nuisance during presentation, especially with larger data sets
This is really a needed feature. If we want to conditionally show and hide the button by changing color, the tooltip should be disabled when we are hiding the button. Currently even though we can control the button text background color so that button is not visible, the tooltip pops up hovering over the button which unables to use good features if button
