Tooltip with delay

Tooltip customization suggestion: Add an option allowing developers to customize the how long you need to hoover over and data point before the tool tip pop-out window displays. This suggestion comes from the perspective of a 'Presenter'. When presenting a dashboard and navigating/using your mouse to direct your audience it can be quite frustrating when the 'tool tip' pop up windows jumps out and covers the data/chart you are discussing. Having an option to delay the pop up window by hoovering, for example 3 seconds would prevent unnecessary disruptions when presenting.
