For Page tooltips, Allow a way for tooltips to be turned on or off by user ( bookmark type?) allow the "page" navigation to be formula driven (this would allow variable selection and if above not feasible also allow for easier user toogle on and off (off simply selects a small blank page). Also allow the position that a tool tip is displayed at to be specified, ie currently it is always next to cell , but allow a fixed position on the page for all tooltips to appear at. This means you could then design your page so that tooltips don't cover key information. Simple Xy starting position option would do it.
