Suggeting an improvment in richness and behaviour for the right hand side tab inside the notebook UI. For example, when Table of Contents is active, it intermittently disappears when Ctrl + F to search/replace.
There are alot of inconsistencies in behaviour for toggling Search, Keyboard Shortcuts, Code Snippet Library, and Table of Contents.
