Custom fields that I have created in Zendesk are not available to report on in PowerBI. This would be REALLY useful

- I am also looking for a solution for this. It would be extremely handy
- I need the same as well or a third party "connector" solution. Exporting from Zendesk then importing to Power BI is a bit messy!

- We have key business taxonomy configured in Zendesk using custom fields therefore this functionality is a mandatory requirement for us.

- Hi all - I'm new here! I'm experiencing some problems when importing data into Power Bi Desktop through the connector. Some fields (for example "Via") are not imported correctly: I only get the vale [Record]. Do you have any clue? Thx. FM

- There is also no database sharing on the list of Macros and sources of ticket generation. Must be added immediately.
- Any updates on this. The custom field addition to PowerBi is very important for us.
