Subscription for Report keeps getting deleted.

Hi all, I could do with some help regarding the subscription emails that you can set up. Recently I've had to keep recreating the subscriptions due to them randomly being deleted every day or two. I have the end date set to 2025 and before last week this never happened before. Due to this I'm constantly having to recreate the subscription just as it was the past year or so when it was working completely normal.
