Please provide option to stop refreshing dataset after refreshing manually... If there are any performance issues in database this would lock down the table... I even observed that reports doesnt get published until the refresh is done...

- what_ifNew MemberThis would be quite helpful. I am currently stuck with a refresh that has been going on since last night (usually takes a few minutes) with no means to stop with causing user interruption.
- yelekalNew Memberwant to pause or stop a refresh how can i solve it???
- It16New Memberi also, can not stop refresh in process
- More_BIFrequent VisitorA dataset has been "refreshing" for hours now and I can't kill it. I also can't publish an update to this dataset while this is stuck refreshing. Major showstopper.
- joao_fariaNew MemberA dataset has been refreshing for hours and i can't kill it. Its terrible! I don't have any tool to do that in Power BI?
- mattspam67New MemberHow is this not an option yet?
- samritigrewal1New MemberA Dataset refreshing is running for hours :-(, can't kill this
- rob_andrenNew MemberNot ideal, but I was able to work around this limitation by restarting the on premises gateway service on the server where it is installed. Stopping the service killed an endless data refresh for me. If you have access and you are okay to kill any other open gateway connections, this could be a workaround until the "kill refresh" feature is built into Power BI online.
- raywell_rosalitNew MemberHi Team, any chance this could be implemented?
- jmcguireNew MemberI'm having the same issue right now. I started a manual refresh 45 minutes ago to test changes, and it is still running while the scheduled refresh, set to start 15 minutes ago, is also trying to run. Now they both say they are in progress and I am unable to stop either one. Having the ability to stop any currently running refresh would be a huge improvement.
