Allow Slicers to be sorted Filter Value State. This would sort items with active filters above other items within a slicer. This would be very useful in identifying what filters are active on slicer visualizations that have scroll bars.

- This seems very small but fundamental to user experience. If not this, being able to see selected filters in useful manner, especially where more than one slicer selection is in the dashboard.
