A big pain is that we cannot sort things (e.g. bars on a bar chart) per category of data. Example: I analyze sales by product category and subcategory (a hierarchy), and I would like to see the whole picture on one screen - which subcategory has the worst sales in each category. And I simply cannot do this without drilling down to a particular category (if I have 10 categories, I have to perform 20 clicks - drill down and up again!).
