The ability to configure a slicer to only be able to select one attribute at a time - similar to a radio button. I would like to disable the ability for people to either choose select all or choose multiple slicers.

- I want to slice the reports by one value with one touch.
- This is already possible with the in-built slicer. Select the format icon (the paint brush) and then the select controls and enable the single select option.
- This is key for me too. The existing single select option is not sufficient - the user can still select all. There are numerous examples in my data where it does not make sense to have many items selected.
- I dont think so what is mention at the bottom is possible, this a really need for me too asit doesnt make any sense to select multiple values in the slicer.
- Slicer issues: 1. If I have a single select on a vertical orientation, either remove the checkbox or change it to a radio button. Perhaps make this an option to turn on/off. It turns off on horizontal orientation but should be an option on vertical (and really only makes sense when single select is turned off. 2. I need to specify a default value (especially for date) as all chart calculations are out until somebody selects a value. How does a new user know to select a value first. It is important to allow a default value.
- How to use Slicer as Radio button. Other than slicer is there any option to make radio button.
- Even with the single select option enabled, you can still use control to make multiple selections. This is a massive draw back for me as I have percentages data to display, where I need the user to only be able to make one selection (and also that it defaults to a certain selection on opening).
- It is frustrating that people can still choose multiple values even when single select is on. Radio buttons might fix this.
