Short Date should be the default date format in Power BI. I believe that no one whats to use long date in pbi... so why this one still the default format?

Very strange. This really shouldn't be difficult to implement? ISO-8061 is the standard for a reason. This should be an easy win! Default out of the box should really be YYYY-MM-DD, but an option to change via settings/config would be good enough.
